More-than-decent acoustics would be wise, given the recent (and welcome, IMHO) resurgence of musical theatre in this city. Everything else, from my admittedly technically-inclined perspective, is gravy.<br /><br />As for what I'd like to see in there, shows of any sort that are set in this city, or tell stories related to Montreal, or speak well to our specific viewpoint would be my preference. It would be great to see some of the kooky and interesting stories of this burg re-told on stage, particularly if it's right there in the cultural heart of Montreal. More generally? If, in addition to the many professionally produced shows that would doubtless populate such a new and centrally located space, there could be some sanction made to provide space to independent artists at a reduced rate perhaps once or twice a season, that would be a boon.Brucehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15675753246452630168noreply@blogger.com
