The superb promo art for The Shape of Things

From the company's press kit: "The serpent tempts Eve, Eve tempts Adam, Adam bites the fruit, and the rest is history…

In Labute’s dark twist on the religious parable, we become spectators to the budding relationship of Adam, a nerdy security guard at a local museum and Evelyn, an aspiring art student. But this isn’t your traditional boy meets girl story...

With a few suggestions from Evelyn, Adam reshapes himself and quickly becomes an object of desire to the people around him but not everyone is impressed with the changes.

Tensions rise with Adam's best friend Phil and his fiancee Jenny as Adam tries to bring Evelyn into his world. New attractions surface and loyalties are tested as Labute makes us question what really lies beneath the surface?

And what better question to ask in a society where plastic surgery is a regular sport?

The Shape of Things. Where do you draw the line?"
