EVENT: The Gondoliers

The McGill Savoy Society, the oldest student-run Gilbert & Sullivan group in Canada, presents The Gondoliers; or The King of Barataria.
Often considered to be one of Gilbert and Sullivan’s greatest works, The Gondoliers is a dreamy, comic operetta that takes us through a number of entangled lives in Venice. The show features everything you’d want in a classic G&S production: gorgeous faux-Italian music, convoluted wit, political satire, royal intrigue and most important above all, young, foolish love.

Thursday February 16th - 19h30
