EVENT: Goodbye Picadilly

Live theatre coming to Morin Heights
Theatre Morin Heights offers three performances of the acclaimed play, “Goodbye Piccadilly” at Ski Morin Heights on the evenings of November 4 and 5, as well as a Sunday afternoon matinee on November 6.

The heartwarming two-act comedic drama, written by Kingston playwright Douglas Bowie in 2002, stars Libby Barratt, Katherine Weary, Willy Ladik, Bill Weary and Anita Stranzl. “Goodbye Piccadilly” is about solving a family mystery and is full of poignant surprises beginning with the news that a World War II veteran has been awarded the Order of Canada.

Corina Lupu will direct and Penny Rose will produce “Goodbye Piccadilly.” The local amateur theatre troupe has been enchanting audiences with a wide variety of plays since 1985.
